Jabaco JARS & Mobile apps

Hi

Can someone post detailed instructions on how to make apps (jar files) for mobiles.

There was a previous post about this but the description was so shallow it was useless, saying "just download this" is not enough.

A simple "hello world" woud be a good first step, with full explanation of what to download, what to install, and all the settings for Jabaco
