Install Jabaco IDE in Linux under Wine freezes

Hi,
I would like to install Jabaco IDE in Ubuntu 8.10 (Linux) under Wine, because there is no Jabaco IDE installer available for Linux, but I only have Linux box.

So I tried to install it using Wine 1.0.1, which is default version in Ubuntu 8.10.

Installation has frozen at "Registering files".

Can someone help me install Jabaco IDE in Linux using wine?
