Make XML-Parser installation optional

Hi Manuel,
one suggestion for a future version of Jabaco:

I install Jabaco always as virtual software archive. The necessary XML parser installation starts always too, but I do not need it. Is it possible, for a future version, to implement a request at the installation routine, which asks the user whether he want it?
