IO and MDI questions

HI. I want to run a jabaco application on a PDA. my application requires access to the COM port and infrared. my PDA is an IPAQ h3900. how do I do this? Also, how do I nest a MDI child window inside another, not the MDI form? How do I edit the contents of a pictureBox? Thanks in advance!
