Very Large Conversion

Hello,
I have a massive VB6 project that I would like to make open source and transfer over to jabaco. (www.caloriebalancediet.com) I have tried to convert it a few times, but just got so many errors that I could not make sense of it. Is there a nice guide for conversion. Would this even be possible to have such a big project converted?
