Thanks GDR. How can I compile the code into Jabaco.jar, I tried but still I cannot get the Key to appear as property. What are the right steps to compile my extensions inside the framework? I have the environment with ant and fresh svn code and added the above code as well. BR Ashraf
Dears, Can you elaborate more on compiling the Jabaco code, I added the code but couldn't get the newly added Key to appear. BR Ashraf
Dear GDR, I am looking for the proper code to extend the Node & Nodes to add property Get for the Key & Tag. I am badly need that code and the process of compiling them in the framework, appreciate if you can copy me the info. Regards, Ashraf
I mean the added code for getting the Node Key and Tag not the original jrsc files I guess the code in Nodes should be like myNode.Key=Key in the Add function. In Node file how to add property Get Key()? Thanks,
Hi I wish to have the code for extending the tree node & nodes, I need to use the key & tag. Thanks, Ashraf
Dear using the J2ME for Blackberry is not that direct step or easy let go. First you have to use RIM API, second Blackberry use .COD file while still accepting .Jar & .JAD but that depends on two things: preverify and rapc tools that govern the Blackberry platform. Anyway, I advise you start developing for normal j2me mobile then after the complete knowledge of the process you can come to rim. Regards Ashraf
Dear Manuel Pls check your email. BR Ashraf

I was trying to take Jabaco over to the hot market of developing wireless applications Anyway, still I have question and believe there should be work around to play with the default classes like the ones in VB & VBA which are not understandable by j2me, also preserving the VB...
In an attempt to upload my Jabaco compiled application into my Blackberry mobile, I ran into converting the Jar file to .cod (blackberry format) and after preparing the environment for possible compilation I used the Blackberry JDE (as documented) by issuing the command: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.2.0\bin\rapc" import="C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.2.0\lib\net_rim_api.jar" codename=Test.jar -midlet jad=Test.jad Test.cod where Test.jar is a simple ...
