How to Implement Per-Pixel Translucency

Ive seen a tutorial here about setting the window to a transparent by setting its opacity. but that will affect all the controls inside that window. I wanted to have a semi transparent form with a fully visible controls on it.

i read about How to Implement Per-Pixel
Translucency - in java

But i dont know how to implement it in Jabaco, Is there anybody in the community who knows about this? please help.

setBackground(new Color(0,0,0,alpha) - im talking about this one.
