images on command buttons

I have been trying to add an image to a command button using the picture property, a JPEG that is the same size as the button. In the form design window the image appears to centre itself within the command button with a large border surrounding it. I want the button to fill completely with the image. Is this possible or do I have to replace all my buttons with image boxes?

Also, in the VB6 IDE I was very used to moving an element by using ctrl + cursors to achieve fine control positioning, that does not seem to be part of the current IDE's functionality. Can anyone confirm this is the case or am I missing a trick?

This is an image of the VB6 project I am converting as a trial. all my Vb6 projects have a customised interface and I tried to hide as much of the VB6 controls as I can. The ability to skin a button is important.

On another subject, I want to state how much I want Jabaco to succeed. If it had been available two/three years ago when I really needed it I would have been an avid user and by now a vociferous promoter. Keep on with it and keep us updated with the progress.
