How to convert ADO Database objects to Jabaco

I am new to Jabaco, I write programs in VB using ADO database objects. What is the best way to convert them to a format that Jabaco can use? I got a feeling that this will be a popular topic to discuss as many business applications use the ADO database objects. I searched for "ADO" but found no hits on the Community Forum or Wiki.
