Problem with the compiled program.

Hello everyone, I am with a program in IDE it works fine, but when compiled it generates an error message when the program tries to access mysql.

There seems to be a connection problem between your application and the mySql server.
You might want to use the mySql debugging/logging facilities or a TCP/IP tracer.

I resolved the problem was the java runtime, to resolve simply reinstall java.
