Unhandled win32 exception

Hi all,
I found a possible error:
When I create a command and set the caption and click any part of the form, an error occurs.
It tells me to use the visual studio just in time debugger.
When I click "Yes" (It asks me if I want to use that debugger) in the immediate window says:
