Only if there is linux version of this wonderful piece of software (my choice of os)

I'm planning to try make some real-business-program using jabaco
I found a thread regarding on mysql database, and I guess that;s good enough for me
is there any suggestion on how to do some report? you know, like vb and crystal report?
I would rather use some free report tool thought? something like datavision from sourceforge.net

also, I assume that we can connect to postgresql the same way with mysql (with different jdbc driver of course)
