Where Does Jabaco word derived from?

I've been wondering why is it called JABACO. is it from JAVA+BASIC and where does the "CO" came from?

Truly it can be considered as a powerful tool for all aspiring and prof programmers.

CO = Compiler or Cooperation.

But I think, that was only the beginning, why Manuel have choosing the name. Currently the name stands for itself. Its no acronym.
