accessing external DLL files and win api

Hi all,

I like Jabaco very much, but how do I declare externall dll function? like in vb:

Private Declare Sub Test Lib "test1.dll" (var)

And what about windows api functions like:
Private Declare Function TranslateMessage Lib "user32" (lpMsg As Msg) As Long e.g.
