Framework UPDATE - Form Focus Events

Hey there,

I have just committed some Updates to the Jabaco Framework:

- introduced Collection for MDIChild


FormGotFocus() and FormLostFocus() now works for Form, Dialog, MdiForm and MDIChild!
MDIChild now also has a Collection object.

MDIChilds' superclass is a javax/swing/JInternalFrame and for some reason does not reflect the current Windows Theme. If anyone knows how to fix that I would gladly write a patch for the framework.

All changes tested on Win8/7 and OSX 10.6 only!!
